The Sanguine Anxiety series is a gathering of sounds not really meant to make it on to our "real" albums. These collections are chalk full of basement improv, live abominations, manipulated snippets from our records, outtakes, documentations on the streets of your town, and shit tons of effects all done with plenty of post-production magic.

Maybe these are a set of songs (?) that you let play and delightfully ignore, songs that don't need your full attention and, in fact, are quite content without you hearing them at all. Regardless, I think there are good things going on inside these little tunes.

Sanguine Anxiety for the Sudden Future is set up for a larger album of albums, we forsee no end to this... this is volume 2.

Birthed in Minneapolis in the autumn of 2006, the newly Chicago-based Guzzlemug is Tom Kelly(bass, vocals), Shane Prendiville(guitar, vocals) and Charlie Werber(drums, percussion). Prog, metal, psych, noise, love.
